We’re not “required” till fill it out. Should we fill it out, it’s required to be completed honestly but no one can make me fill it out.
I would get it signed before you leave if you already have all the time you need. It can be a much harder process once you leave.
Also, always keep co tact details for partner and HR. If they don’t sign or help, you can always bring HR in the mix and this will get resolved way quicker.

Yes, but with Deloitte; there’s a formal process where it goes through a form you have to fill out and sent to Compliance Dept and they will review and send to the office admin to take care of grabbing a signature; I went the informal way where I asked a current employee to give my form to the partner to sign and her Admin to notarize. Got a Hi-hope-you-are-doing-well-but wtf email from the partner lol
