I think it’s 22 days VP and up. Not sure for under VP, but it’s less. Maybe 15?

I’m an svp and it’s 23 days and 11 bank holidays. Pretty sweet. I think minimal is 4 weeks overall

I’m an AVP and it’s 17 PTO, 7 sick days and 11 bank holidays.

Thanks all. Follow up question - what range should I aim for as an in business risk director level?

Hello All, Looking to learn how California employers are capping accrued vacation. Say accruals increase with years of service and at 10 years an employee accrues 4 weeks per year, versus at 1 year an employee accrues 2 weeks per year. What is the cap for the 1 year (2 weeks) versus the 10 year (4 weeks)? For example, do you cap at 1.5x across the board? Or, does the accrual cap change?
