I got a verbal offer from ACN two weeks ago, and the recruiter told me I could expect a written offer in a few days. I haven’t receive it by now…followed up with the recruiter today, and she told me hopefully I will get it over the weekend or by Monday. Is this normal? Should I be worried? The recruiter told me they really wanted me and the team has a lot of projects lining up and I really like the team..Accenture

It really depends. The rotation program allows you to see other areas of the firm and then at the end you are placed in a permanent position. This position is based on your feedback and needs of different areas. LP offerings only happen when the firm needs capital (every few years) but to get it you have to have worked at the firm for a certain number of years. To be a GP is very hard. These are leaders responsible for entire divisions
I’ve been at the firm for a few years now and the people are great! Of course anywhere you go is gonna have rude people. But overall it’s a great place to be at. Firm really prides itself on not laying off associates. 2008 and COVID19, no EDJ associates lost their jobs
Firm really encourages development and growth. It’s not uncommon to see associates move to different roles that better fit their interests/career goals. Leadership encourages it.
