Anyone have global entry? What was your experience with the TSA interview? And is it all worth it? Im justifying it as a small extra fee on top of Precheck.

Can anyone working in PE answer my question below: How different is working in PE ops/consulting arm than PE itself in terms of compensation and WLB? Is it still considered an attractive opportunity with growth potential and exits?
Currently an A3 in audit. My team communicated to me that they’re pushing for me to get mid-year promo (Jan 2022) but I’m also interested in leaving to another Big 4 for AAS as an S1. Current salary is $73.6k and am unsure of how much I should be going for to make the jump worth it. I know EY FAAS offered a friend $85k in my market but assuming I get mid year promo I’m not so sure the salary bump would be significant enough. How much room for negotiation is there with Big 4 experienced hires?
How are the L3Harris benefits? I read something about unlimited PTO, but in reality it’s like 4 weeks. How’s the 401k match? Is it common to have a 9/80 schedule? I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn...hence all the questions. :-)
