Going through the interview process for Lead Field SE potentially Principal SE with a referral at Salesforce. Tier 2 city. Trying to have some numbers in my head for compensation. Base 160-170 bonus 40-50k RSU 50k. Does this sound reasonable or could I potentially negotiate more?

When I came back, I saw a chat that the 1st number came in at 215 TC (no breakdown given) & she requested a revision & believed 235 was the best & final amount. I had no say in the revision. A few hours later, she got the “best & final offer” & we have a meeting tomorrow to discuss. What should my approach be?

How many associates don’t have access to their full billing software? All I can do is input my time and create a recap of hours report for different date ranges. No ability to check on amounts billed to clients or receipts so there is no way to track my realization rate or progress towards bonus. Is this something I should bring up with the managing partner?

I talked to my boss in September about getting compensated for the additional tasks I’ve taken on as people have left the company. After asking him many times for updates and getting fully ghosted, he finally today told me “we won’t review individuals for salary changes until late December.” Am I correct in interpreting this as a manipulative play to push off until the future review date wasn’t as far away?
