Does anyone know what the base salary for advisors at bank level as well as bonus structure?

I'm with PNC...varying grid levels dependent uponT-6 avg, quarterly bonus potential, annual bonus potential, deferred comp potential, they have a base salary for new hires, but that of course fades away in time.

Bade salary for a year or two, I've seen $65k first year down to $45k second. I'm currently $80k 1st yr and $65k 2nd. Guy before me was $150k 1st yr $100k 2nd. He quit in 9 months cause he wasn't gonna make $150k year 2 or 3

I’m in the bank channel at Wells, but the payout will depend on the firm. Mine is a rolling six month grid. No salary. Bonuses are paid in deferred Comp.
