Does anyone know what the true level for a “Product Manager” role is at Capital One? Is it a true manager level or is it Senior Associate? I’m asking because I know at other firms (Publicis Sapient for example), it can be Product Manager = Senior Associate level and Senior Product Manager = Manager level.

The role description should say; I believe the product manager job family goes from senior associate to senior director, but most will say the level (e.g. "senior manager, product management")
Yep. There’s Associate Product Manager, Sr Associate PM, etc. if it doesn’t specify, it’s probably manager level
Depending on your YOE, just go to Manager position at C1. Senior Associate is relatively more entry level if you’ve been in the game for some time. Manager doesn’t mean people manager. That comes with the Senior Manager title.
