Does anyone know what US credit cards allow you to have the card while living in Canada? This would be with an existing US credit history with strong credit score, but no current US address.

Would 3500-3700 on a 3 unit when I bring in 6k a month post tax be overextending myself? At market rate, can get around 1500 a month for each of the other two units.

How much are your fixed expenses (rent, mortgage, utility bills, loans, etc) per month and what’s your income? I’m a household of 1, have nearly 2700 in expenses per month and make 100k a year. I can’t seem to save anything, except what I put into my 401k- 10%. Are my expenses way too much or in line with others? I live in Chicago if that’s helpful context.

I’m finally able to max out my 401k and Roth IRA, and I will be opening a taxable account. I’m just confused on what to put into it. I’m 26 and open to being more risk tolerant. I’m not seeing many benefits to the Amex and I’m wondering whether I should just stop paying the annual fee and apply for CSR instead and get reimbursed for business expenses from that card.
