I’m about to lose my mind!! Does anyone know why this XLOOKUP isn’t working? I am isolating the 4th character in B10 and looking it up in the table to the right based off that number. If I change the lookup to ‘1’ in the formula it works, but shouldn’t my MID function result in a ‘1’ anyways? Any help is greatly appreciated

I always wanted to work in advertising bit after this year and chatting to so many people, it seems like brandside really has so many perks. What do people think are great brands to work for as a creative, for the work and also the culture?

Looking for carreer advice. I recently was promoted as outsourced Jr. Controller after a being in the company for only 7 months. 100% remote which is nice, but since I am in California the pay is just not enough. I'm also not fully enjoying the work I do, as it is 100% accounting vs before where I did a hybrid withbusiness development. Yesterday, I found what could possibly be the dream job as onboarding new accounting clients manager but the company has mixed reviews. What would you do?

They want come up with options for me, they want me start with intern or part-time first until I got my 150 credits. I need help with this situation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don’t know what I want to do or where I should be applying. I’ll graduate next summer with a BA in Management, I’m sort of thinking something to do with project management but that’s obviously not entry level. So I don’t know what I should be applying for, if I should be doing internships, and what a good career path looks like. I’d like to work from home due to health reasons, any advice helps

Had a hard convo with my SO about how I am selling myself short in my career, and need advice. I am 22, recent grad with a B.A in Digital Comm, and have worked in marketing/tech already for 2 years to fund my degree. I am hitting 1 yr with my current company, and want off contract and WAY better pay, maybe even a pivot into health-tech or sales. But, I am also comfy where I am, and scared to make a new move all of a sudden. Has anyone taken a career leap this young before and succeeded?
