I think I don’t. My perspective is: is there anything I can do about the thing giving me anxiety right now? If the answer is no, I try to move on and I’ll worry about it when I can do something about it later.
I used to but I’ve learned over the years that I get hardly any feedback. Most of the time it’s just a “keep doing what you’re doing” kind of thing. Don’t know if that’s common or if my boss is just particularly chill.
I also don't think I get anxious for reviews. I treat them as constructive feedback. A good review would help in understanding the strengths and highlight the areas which need further work and development.
Why anxious? You know you did something bad?
