Hi everyone, I’m currently a CRAII in Australia, and considering moving to the UK for career progression. Unfortunately CROs don’t pay anywhere as good as Aus. Anyone have any areas/companies they have heard great things about/pay well? Was looking into consulting or management within big pharma - however my most recent applications haven’t passed first round (potentially as I’m not in the UK yet). Many thanks!!

Hi, I have got selected for an IT service based MNC, I was working on Non IT domain and I have shown it as an IT experience on my resume so that they don't treat me as a fresher.

But my employer mention detail roles and responsibilities in experience certificate. What can be the possible solution not to get caught during Bgv. Should I edit the experience letter ?

PS: I have worked hard to get the desired skillset and cleared the interview.
