Does anyone out there have a lot of experience preparing returns for individuals who have done 1031 exchanges into a DST?!

I'm in the middle of a background check with Deloitte for a Project Delivery role. In the background check application I listed my previous employers - Cognizant/Teksystems etc but my resume only had the client names I worked at . Does this pose a problem if Deloitte HR compares my resume to the background check form ? Also my title within cognizant might have been an associate but my resume mentions the designation for the client. Is this a reason for concern? Will they ask me to justify it ?

How do I turn the sound off on this app?

Is 13 lpa and 16 lpa inhand is same if 13 lpa person declare investments wisely?

As 13 lpa would reach below 10 in taxable very easily and 16 lpa would be paying 2 lakhs to reach there essentially decreasing from 16 to 14.

Also want to do the automatic change from 40 to 30 years ADS for Residential Real Property under 163j. Currently working tax at a Midsized firm, the largest in my city, and we have reached a tipping point where every additional resignation means more work for those left. The firm has only doubled down on old rhetoric demanding people back in office and 55 hrs min a week to get the work done.

This is my first white collar job, and I'm wondering if every firm is like this, if I should jump ship too, or if I'm being a stupid millennial.

Any guidance would be great.
Thanks!
