McKinsey & Company McKinsey & Company been working here one year and received pretty positive feedback. Given the expectation for people of my tenure to transition to EM in a year or so, I can’t see myself staying due to the WLB as an EM. I’m 35 and have 2 young kids. Can it even be realistically done? Would love to stay but I don’t see a balance which would keep my family happy. What options do I have from there?

Both weed and melatonin aren’t supposed to be used everyday for sleep. Listen to the Matthew Walker/Joe Rogan podcast.. he’s a sleep expert who goes over those topics and also goes over what you should be taking before bed. He mentioned magnesium threonate, theanine and one other thing that helps with sleep.

What’s your daily dosage? I take 20mg every working day and I sleep just fine.

What time do you take adderall ?
Take it earlier if you’re having issues sleeping. I try to take by 7. By 930 I’d be up all night- XR? IR that’s still way early
I take 20mg daily around 8:30. No problem falling asleep by 11
I start the week off with 10mg, then slowly work my way up to 20mg by Friday. I don’t do it on the weekend to give my body a rest and reset my levels. Then start Monday again with 10mg. If I think I need more than 20mg on Friday then I take a rest day on Monday with the adderall and try to reset my tolerance. Those mondays become one of the least productive days, but if schedule allows I know that I need to allow myself to break a little longer than a weekend as to not get high tolerance.
No but I drink a Celsius everyday lol
Really? I didn’t think Celsius had that much caffeine. But then I’ve been on a bang + adderall🙃

Same happened to me, switched to Wellbutrin for my ADHD and it doesn’t mess with my sleep. Obviously don’t know the full situation/talk to ur doc etc etc but I had to specifically request a non stimulant
Zzzquil. Melatonin helps, but zzzquill is the good stuff. Liquid makes the sleep bit more quickly and reliably before anyone says to just take Benadryl.
Try plant people CBD sleep. It’s magic!
i actually take it slightly later (contrary to most people’s advice) because i find it harder to sleep during the “comedown” period than while it is still more active in my system. Then again, I ended up switching for vyvanse because it works better for me. Mess around with the timing and dosing to see what feels right for you
i take 60mg vyvanse in the morning by 9 these days, typically wears off before 7. when I was on a lower dose I barely got to 3 or 4 before crashing hard. I metabolize adderall very quickly too though, so 🤷♀️
Even caffeine has always been crazy short acting for me, so maybe it’s a me problem
