I once worked with a partner who napped every day. Pre-pandemic. In his office. It was the greatest.

I nap almost every day. Sometimes I leave my phone on next to me and will wake up when I hear emails buzz. Sometimes I live dangerously and put it on airplane mode and let the chips fall where they may. Danger naps are by far the most satisfying naps.
30 minute naps are scientifically better for you than a cup of coffee (productivity etc)
I drink coffee every day. you can’t fight that power nap!!
I love working early in the morning (5-6 am) so sometimes when I’m lighting the candle at both ends, I end up taking a lunchtime nap from 12 to like 1-130. No one has ever noticed. Just put that screensaver up so your computer doesn’t log you out! Lol
Also, this is basically how I survive 240 hour months.
I’ll usually down a cup of coffee and then immediately take a 30 minute nap around 3 pm everyday. Works wonders.
