Tricky question: My company will put me in temporary housing for 2 months prior to me getting my own place (I am moving from out of state). So, the temporary house will be in Cambridge and I am right now interested with some rental houses in Arlington (haven't secured a contract yet). Offered a senior accounting position for an E-sports company. Should I pursue it ?

Landed a contract role at Deloitte via MBO Partners for an audit senior role. MBO is making me a W-2 employee for MBO, but I am getting paid $125/hour plus overtime. Am I missing something here or am I about to be making $5K/week (or more with OT)? Anyone have any experience with MBO or doing contract work like this? Obviously way more than I'd make if I stayed at KPMG for busy season.

If I ask for a letter they’ll know I have intentions of leaving but I plan on staying with the firm until I start the program which will be fall of 2021, almost a year after I ask for a letter. Does anyone have any advice on how to go about it?
