God I hope not

Of course not, the $1200 is enough to keep people fine for 10 weeks :)))))
Rising Star
Probably not if we start opening here soon. Or, if so, a smaller one.
Not to individuals but there will be another spending package with business aid, medical funding and aid to state/local government.

Yes. Absolutely.
Gotta prop up the stock market somehow.
OP the stimulus checks arent for the people out of work. That's what the additional unemployment (+$600/week) was for. Please don't conflate the two. I could agree to helping those who lost jobs, but I don't know the country needs to take on that much more debt for an additional stimulus- especially when so many haven't even gotten the first round yet.

Didn’t get the first one, but I think the extra 600 per week in UE is enough

Yes,
Illinois is continuing lockdown thru may 30th, so there absolutely should be some sort of support for people
Should be and will be are different questions.
Of course. There are already massive increases in retail investment, ie Robinhood, etc into an artificial bull market and "buying the dip" as the middle class retain jobs but get stimulus. When the money printing won't/can't be continued and markets are forced to reflect the economy, the rug will be pulled out from the average investor resulting in a massive transfer of wealth from the middle class to the wealthy. Until then, fiscal policy and stimulus checks drive a bull market cycle of more retail investment so may as well pump $400B of taxpayer money into the market every few weeks.
Buy precious metals or another countries fiat.

I hope so. I could really use it.
I hope not. I think the stimulus checks were a bridge until PUA funds could be distributed to those actually unemployed. Granted it is “taxpayer money” that is a ton of money being handed out
