They are anonymous, but if your agency is small enough, someone might be able to narrow down by age cohort, department, ethnic group, etc to try and figure out where certain responses are coming from

I did it everyone. Accepted a new job this past week. Salary is 30% higher and if you factor in bonuses between PA and new job, in total it would by like 45% higher than staying at EY. Weird feeling knowing I don’t have a busy season coming up.

Does anybody else have clients that want to be “innovative” and “disruptive” but the second you share a really cool, insightful, big idea with them that’s on strategy they proceed to fumble like fools and just want to focus on basic block-and-tackle tactics and never actually do anything that’s innovative?

I’ve been dealing with this for years and I never understand why some clients sell themselves as disruptive when they’re scared to do anything daring or spend any money.
