With turn around times of 72 hours, why test at all?

I have been with my current company for the last 14 years. Straight commission position. Since 2013 hey have been trying to rebuild this store. Since working for them we’ve gone through 3 CFO’s and I am on my third BM who will being leaving the company only after a year. There is a new Area leader which is causing bad karma among the team. Strong arm tactics and now we are losing good people again. Ideas on how to deal with this very uncomfortable situation. Stuck between a rock and hard place.

Recently received the offer letter from Nagarro.
In the salary structure, i came across two components like gratuity like some 20k per annum and allocation bonus which is variable 9.5% of my fixed.
I have 3 questions,
Will I get the total variable amount in Nagarro or not.?
What is the gratuity component and will they pay all or not.
Will they be any joining bonus in Nagarro?

Genuine question: why are people so sensitive to day-to-day price fluctuations? Did you not expect volatility? Ppl cry during dips and celebrate during spikes like they’re selling that day...

I think crypto is one of the best wealth creators since the early tech/internet days. Chance for lifelong wealth. And more accessible than ever because of the resources around us that let us learn with no real barriers. But I hope people really spend time to learn about this technology and how to chart. As it’s one of the best ways to create wealth it’s also one of the easiest ways to lose it. Be careful with euphoria.

There is no resistance between 16k and 20k. If we break 16k, we are either going straight to 20k in a matter of hours/days, or could drop back to 12k. STRONG HANGS 🤝
