For people with names from other countries, it can be difficult for Americans or anyone not familiar to know what pronoun to use. A very simple example for you could be the name Taylor or Jordan as both genders commonly use the name. I’ve seen this used more often working with individuals from APAC. Hopefully this clears your confusion

For now, that is. It is a wacky world we live in and I would hardly be surprised if it becomes acceptable for people to identify as male when referred to in the subjective case, female in the objective, and some other pronoun in the possessive.
Perhaps they would even vary depending on circumstances?
Honestly, normalizing pronouns in signatures has given me the courage to come out as non-binary in the workplace. I’ve really appreciated everyone who took the time to include their pronouns and I’ve noticed it’s mostly junior staff. I see you leadership 👁👄👁

Why use few word when many word do trick?
LOL
I’ve thought about putting she/him/theirs just to confuse people
My understanding is that it normalizes sharing the three main types of pronouns for people who use nontraditional pronouns (e.g., ze/zir) and therefore need to list all three because most people aren't accustomed to them.
Google is your friend, C5. (...A less snarky reply would be that ze/zir are gender neutral pronouns that some non-binary people use. There are other nontraditional pronouns that people may use depending on where they fall on the gender continuum.)

Clearly you hate trans people!
I don’t get this either. What is it supposed to convey?
I also don’t understand for physicians she/her/dr. If you’re obviously a doctor, why would you need to put that redundantly in your signature?
Because doctors have egos and need to remind you at every turn that they are, in fact, a doctor

They’re just different forms of the gender pronoun. She (subject), her (object), hers (possessive).

PwC are you calling women... objects....

I, me, mine.
I don't understand why 3 versions but I believe why heterosexual/ binary gender/cis people are joining the movement is to normalize the use of pronouns to identify oneself. We hear about trans woman or man but rarely refer to someone as cis woman or man. From what I've seen, the non-use of cis creates a potential inequality of what is "normal." My apologies to the LGBTQ+ community if this is not fully accurate.

I think she vs hers COULD be different... Yeah... Maybe
But her vs hers, the difference is the S on the end, not big. So they should be the same for sure and quite redundant
