Does anyone use a standalone market planning and geographic visualization tool that isn’t Tableau that they would recommend?

Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”

JPMC HR contacted me after I submitted the documents for BGV. She asked me if there is another counter offer or in Pipeline. I said No. Now she has motivated to search more so that they can match that. 😂 Did anyone of you face this as well?

My agency has a media team but not a strong media offering. Most of the clients we work on have their own in-house media teams, so I often find myself consulting on a billion projects (either as a "channel planner" or providing audience insights) but not owning/executing anything. I love working as part of an integrated agency, but i can feel my skills atrophying. I cant tell if "this is how the media role is evolving", in integrated agencies, or if im stuck in a dead end. Or earns vacation hours instead of payment? Without equity or sales commission what motivation does one have to work more then 50 hours per week? “This is not 2010-2017 media culture anymore to justify long hours”
