Hey guys, so I just finished my final interview on Monday (today's Friday) for a company in Norway and was told to wait until next week as they're interviewing this week. I am interviewing for a senior level position at a tech company. Had my second interview 2 weeks ago, which went really well from my perspective. I still have not heard back from the recruiter. I followed up requesting an update, and still nothing. Is it normal to not hear back after this long? Have I been ghosted? I haven’t interviewed for a job in over 6 years, and never in tech, so I don’t know wha tot expect. But when I am hiring in health/academics I never go over a week without notifying.

I have an offer from tcs for Asst consultant at 25LPA which I got after stellar interviews, but it was a hard negotiation since my current pay was 17.5 And 25 was above TCS standards for most people at 9.8 YOE.

Now Cg has offered retention at 23 LPA to me.

Does anyone know if TCS will go for a further increase of I present them with counter offer i have and indicate that i am preferring retention.

I got an offer from Capgemini (Aricent) of 35LPA(32Fixed +3variable) for senior professional 1.
Before interview I had asked for 40 LPA.
But After Hr discussion post interview , I cake down to 35LPA fixed.
Still they offered me 32 fixed +3 variable.
Will they reconsider the offer by any chance, if I talk to to them. If not, then should I join cap gemini?

Still a contractor and there's a hiring freeze til after the 1st of the year. I want to leverage LinkedIn's browsing for other opportunities and enabling recruiter views so I can shop around. However, my current recruiter would probably see that since they too are on LinkedIn in. How would I go about this in this case?

Does anyone here have trouble getting out of bed in the morning? I feel like I can’t motivate myself to wake up and then get out of bed every single day.
