No but I know a bunch of older partners who have been using it for years. They like it.
I used to and found it not so great - was super slow, crashed all the time, and made things run slower. Built in Word voice recognition and browser-based plugins have worked much better for me.

I have. Good product. Types real time and will transcribe as long as you’re talking. Compatible with word but you have to learn how to give it directions.
I used to, but MS Word, outlook, etc., all have built-in dictation capabilities—making dragon dictate a bit obsolete.
