I am a senior consultant (Tech Consulting) in a Big4 (India) who is promised a promotion in October. I have an offer from Accenture Ireland at CL9 level. Is it worth making the move? I have started disliking the culture in my team and thus looking for a change. It would be great if someone could help me out with this. Accenture

I used Google Fi from launch in 2015 through January 2018. Overall, it worked fine for areas with strong coverage for the parent network (it’s an MVNO for T-Mobile) but struggled where the coverage was weaker (which makes sense as you aren’t given preference over parent network customers). Pricing was great and regularly had bills at exactly $20/mo because of strong WiFi on my college campus. Post graduation, I moved to an area with limited T-Mobile coverage and between missed calls and not having WiFi my bill stopped being $20.
I think Google Fi is great for a college student or someone who is in a large metro type area where T-Mobile service is strong. Customer service snd price couldn’t be beat in my experience, but YMMV.
I love Google Fi. I'm in an urban area, no coverage issues and cheap bills. Great coverage a super cheap for overseas use- why I got it.
I keep a separate work phone and use a different carrier so I can have access if I visit areas with limited network.

Sucks for iPhone users, but if you are on Android, especially a Google device, it seems to be a great service.
I use it when I travel and suspend when I’m not. The ability to just have data abroad without roaming charges or getting new SIM cards is a game changer. Once had a day in 3 countries and it just works. Just this month I’ve used it in Iceland and France, flying to Greece and Croatia this week so kept it active. So much better than $10/day with Verizon travel pass.
Indeed, I almost never use it for voice calls abroad, but if your trips are more than a few days (plus the flexibility of not getting local SIM cards) it’s usually worth it.
I do have an iPhone and it works. I had to change the message/lte settings a few times which is annoying. I plan to get a dual-sim phone next time so I just have both.
Get cricket wireless it’s AT&T network with cheap plans

I haven't used it but Google Fi can use AT&T or Verizon network I think
My boyfriend uses it and loves it - he pays around $30 a month
For coverage, for the most part he does have the same as I do with Verizon, but there have been a few times out in the boonies that he wouldn’t have connection
I love Fi. I've had it for several years. Not the best in rural areas but if you're just heading somewhere with wifi (your parents house, for example), you're only offline a little bit.
