Does anyone use guided math in middle school? I teach 6th grade math and would like to try guided math this year. Any particular curriculum that is good? Any tips or ideas for starting out?

The builder put the wrong brick on my new construction house. We agreed on one brick and then we were informed that they ran out and will use one that is a shade darker. We agreed to that. They started bricking a couple days ago and the bricks look nothing like what we agreed on. They charged me 31k for the elevation. What are my options? I have a meeting with them on Monday.

On my 4th snow day-1st actually for snow. Only 5 built in to schedule. Very nervous we will go over and have to report during April break. Of course have plans for FL this year.

How are you protecting Russian students right now? The school I work at is mostly second gen Eastern European, Black, and Hispanic. Kids are going after the Russian students non stop right now. But their families are claiming it isn’t wrong because they are white and the bullies are not. Has anyone heard of this?
