Hi Folks, Looking for referrals in Expedia, Marketing Sales, Product Mgmt roles. I get selected but never get a full loop interview. Have got 12+years of experience and MBA from USC.
Hi, I have a question in regard of applying for an internal positions within the company. I been here for 6 months and found another opportunity that I am very interested in that was just posted. I have an interview with HR but it states that if it goes to the hiring manager, it will notified my manager.
Should I tell my manager now or just until it notified my manager? I would feel stupid if the hiring manager didn't pick me
I’ve revised my resume to start applying for roles that are geared towards quality/process improvement and/or quality assurance. I am drowning in customer service I have also seen some roles in implementation. I am working towards a BS in Health Admin and I have transferable skills with working in compliance and rcm etc. If anyone can provide an reference if your company is hiring I would greatly appreciate it!

I'm interested in an open role at Google; the description mentions several in-office locations, one of which is in the city I live in. It also notes only one remote location- LA, California.
Does this mean working fully remote or even hybrid is not an option if not located in Cali? I know work preference can be discussed during the interview stage (if one gets to that point) but looking for insight on this.
Cognizant Experience - Last Wednesday, My HR round was completed and they said your offer letter will be released by next day(they asked me to fill cdf-2 form) then I kept waiting and waiting for the offer letter. After multiple email chain and all, HR called me to say, we cannot move with your candidature as your experience is below 3 years. I said I already informed this to you before the interview, she said yes but we can not proceed. Very unprofessional. CCTC: 5.5, YOE: 2.5, Tech: Java
Never regret for a rejection that happened after you studying for the interview just before a day and couldn't crack it . Never!!
Hello! I am an admin professional here with no tech background currently, seeking a position in tech! I am focusing on hr or project/program management for now until I can build up my skill set. Is there anyone who would be willing to offer some suggestions on where to apply/get an interview? Coming out of UG, I accepted my first job b/c I thought I had to based on status of other interviews. I ended up quitting after 8 weeks in favor of an opportunity I perceived to be better, but took longer to get. 7 months into the new gig, I am NOT happy. Considering this is technically my second job out of school, how long should I stick around before trying to leave without looking like a total scumbag opportunist?

Congratulations to all the people getting a job offer in the past three months, but let me ask you a serious question.
Are you negotiating once you get the offer or are you just accepting it because you are so happy?
I understand that the fear is that they will take back their offer, but to be honest that will never happen.
If they made you an offer is because they have selected you over hundreds, if not thousands, of other applicants.
I miss my ex :/ I broke up with him and I know it was right decision, but it still sucks.

Very close to receiving a job offer for a fast growin start-up company related to dental. It is located in SF which unfortunately is not Americas most expensive city to live in (I’d have to move there). Started pricing apartments and will need an offer of about $135k to qualify for housing but anything I find for a salary reference says the company plays about 95k in SF - how do I justify my experience and drive to the company to show my value or is that too big of a wage gap to bridge? TY!!

What is a responsible salary to ask for as a dietitian in the greater Seattle area? Most jobs are offering 70-75,000$ and although that is a good salary I can’t afford to live around Seattle if I accept that. I’ve been a dietitian for 5 years and it seems like dietitians aren’t paid fairly for the work load we are expected to take on.

Hi I work in patient finance and I am desperately bored with my job. I have a bachelors which isn’t a requirement for my role. I have been applying non stop to jobs that do require a bachelors and I am qualified for. Either I don’t get called for an interview or when I do I’m not selected. I have followed up with some of the interviewers and they all told me I interview well. I am so tired of disappointment that I feel like giving up and just settling. I don’t know what to do.
