Has anyone moved from Accenture Federal to CGI Federal at Manager/Senior Manager level? Looking at Strategy/Organizational Change Management roles, and curious to know if you feel that compensation and benefits were worth it when measured against your actual experience once you started working with CGI. (I understand that some of it depends on the account you're on, the team you have, etc., just trying to decide if it's worth considering.) Thanks!

We were initially asked to give up designated offices and only go in for specific business needs (no minimum requirement, but cannot relocate).
Is it possible I could ask for a referral for a position I found? Happy to chat further!
The announced policy is minimum 2-3 days a week in office, but agree that exceptions/enforcement is up to managers. I know very few people with formal exceptions, but many who are counting on it not being enforced for those with no business need (such as those who only work with off-site teams anyway).
Like all Gov consulting organizations, MITRE applies real estate loading as part of their overhead. If someone doesn't use real estate, then MITRE has to justify that rate. So unless you work onsite at a Gov facility, you need to go to an office once in a while... You would have ot be a Gov employee to get around that, because the Government believes that its expenses are free...
