Does anyone work at Target? I just applied to the Senior Designer position but there was nowhere to input my portfolio

How much value do you guys put into benefits. I have two offers but the benefits situation makes it more difficult to choose. Job 1: role that I wanted, but benefits are not very competitive (paternity leave is 2 weeks, coinsurance at 20%). Job 2: role I’m more qualified for but don’t really like, but benefits are very good (16 weeks paternity, 0% coinsurance, 5 more days of vacation) and coming in at higher level. What other considerations would you have?

Investment banking analyst here trying to lateral into consulting / MBB given the hiring pickup... is this unrealistic for someone "experienced" with my background? Am I basically ruled out at the resume screen?

I’ve been setting up time with people to learn about what they’re doing/what tools they’re using, trainings, shadowing folks in their meetings. But it’s just an influx of information and I feel so lost all the time, even though I ask for clarity & context. Any tips for managing these anxious and overwhelming thoughts?
