I interviewed for a talent management analyst role, which would have me conduct data analysis under the realm of talent management and potentially other HR-related projects. Can someone give me a good salary range for this role/people analytics roles? People analytics is such a new field so salary data is sparse. I have 3 YOE and I’m located in NYC.

Has anyone worked in Sales at Samsara? I’m being interviewed for a Mid-Market position and the OTE is 170K which seems a bit low. The recruiter said most mid-market reps are making well into 200K with stock options and what not, with some top performers getting to 300K. Is this realistic because I’m not seeing that on glassdoor at all. I’m also interviewing with several other companies for similar positions targeting 220K with bases around 110K. I’m not sure I can go back to a base under 100K.

I’m beyond discouraged right now. I’ve applied to countless jobs, had multiple interviews, a few final round interviews, and no offers. I know I’m a good employee and have enough experience, so I don’t understand why it’s so difficult. I have a job, but I work for a nonprofit and the earning potential is low. I have a Simon-Kucher final round interview in the Boston office for LS coming up Friday, any tips? Supposed to be 3 1 hour case interviews with partners/consultants. Also, I had a 15 minute online math multiple choice test that, while I think I got all of them correct, I may have taken 25-30 minutes (strangely the timer was not displayed during the test and it didn't cut me off. Not sure if they were looking for me to submit it myself). How important is this?

Any good Group Account Director roles in healthcare out there?

I am working in automotive embedded c++ software industry. Working for a leading supplier. YOE5. Wherever I join or interview candidates from competitors, nobody has real development experience. Everyone is doing very limited development jobs. Same in my case, except during the startup phase in the beginning of my career. JDs were all great later but when I join, the code I write is very limited. Is it same across all SDE jobs in India.? I hope it is specific to embedded. Should I be concerned.?

As a working mom I’m wondering if there are other options for remote WFH positions in insurance out there that don’t require being in a call queue and having supervisors monitoring every single second of your day? I am a clinical research coordinator working in Austin, Texas. I have my Masters in Cell & Molecular Biology and have a year of laboratory research experience.

I’ve been in my position for 5 months now. I make $27 hourly which amounts to about $51,000 yearly. Am I being under paid? Are all coordinator positions hourly? As a laboratory researcher I was salary :(
