Midlevel associate new to BL but older in age. Because of my prior experience, I have contacts that refer business to me and I can probably charge anywhere between $100-$200k this work. No one at the firm has done this type of work, but I’ve been told it can be helpful*. At smaller firms this would have been good business to bring in. Hello ladies, do any of you feel like you don't fit in to the 'guys guy' culture at work? How do you deal with it?

I work at a company where there are 30+ men in the office and only three women. Recently there was a golf outing and the managers invited everyone except for me and the other two women. This is an overt example, but there have been a few other small instances of weirdness. Do I try harder to put myself out there or do I just stay in my lane at work?
