Can a company legally change my position and OTE? I was hired for a specific segment and now just weeks into the role they said they are moving me down a segment due to business needs. The salary is the same but the commission went down. Wether legal or not this is fucking insane.

People are always talking up a&m on this bowl. Reality is, while FDD there may be great, M&A tax is a dumpster fire. Tons of attrition, tons of boomeranging back to big 4, etc..

I’m starting the transfer process from audit to FDD soon. (Meeting for coffee, general questions about the department etc) Do you have reading suggestions or must knows/do?
