Pretty sure we have 20 weeks paid for all employees, including partners. But I’m not sure how profit distributions beyond base pay are handled.

Any kind of feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I feel that I'm in a mental rut lately. Everyone in my life is celebrating promotions, raises, a great steady relationship, etc. with minimal effort, and I'm starting to realize that every part of my life has been much more struggle to reach the same stage as everyone else. I used to see the good in everything and comfort myself that the struggle/timing are all for good reason, so I hate the bitter version me now.
