Does anywhere else have health coverage even remotely close to MBB?

People can argue all day about prestige and it’s value, but the healthcare offered at those firms is real and next level.

I know FAANG and big tech are good, and lots of companies are improving benefits in general, but does anywhere else cover 100% of premiums and in network care, and something like 90% for out of network as well?

About month ago I was diagnosed with coronary artery disease (CAD) and had to go through cardiac catheterization to get a stent.
I am in mid 30s and it's unbelievable that i have got this. Have been quite down mentally for last few weeks, and don't think if I can sustain the consulting life anymore.
I am working hard to stop the progression of disease and potentially reverse it. Hope things work out.

Anyone struggling with imposter syndrome? When I worked for a very well known Fortune500 tech company I couldn't help but feel major imposter syndrome. Hi everyone, I'm new to Canada and want to start my career here in the Financial and Banking industry. I have passed the CFA level 2 exam and was wondering if I have to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) as most of the job postings here mention about it. I saw that if someone passes at least the CFA level 1 exam then the requirement of CSC is exempted. Can anyone enlighten me about this? As the CSC exam costs above 1000 CAD, I wanted to be sure if I need it before investing behind it.
