Recently got a FDD offer from a B4 in major city as senior 1. What should I expect as starting base salary? And what's the best way of negotiating my salary?
Was talking to a few friends who are B4 consultants and were mentioning there 100-200 person projects. I’m at a boutique and my average project size is 3-8. What’s been your experiences?

Moving from big 4 to big 4 should you always counter their offer? Like what if it’s not the best offer in the market but above what you make now and you just want fo secure the position?
With the new cohort system does PDubs match offers that are outside of the cohort range? Say if I'm an SA3 and am offered manager at another Big 4; would they match the offer?

Those working in consulting at big 4..are you constantly seeing yourself working 50+hrs during Covid and just being told to keep doing it? To what extent can we push back? Just because we are home doesn’t mean we don’t have family obligations as well... expectations up front are never communicated so I don’t find out I’ll be working long until I start a new client....meanwhile many colleagues are working 40hrs consistently but pay is same.... not a complainer but something’s gotta give
Consultant currently work for a boutique firm - about 120 people. What are some of the benefits to working for a Big 4 firm?
Hey all, I seriously can’t find any Philadelphia-based Big 4 management consultant job openings other than a few senior manager or higher positions. Otherwise, they are all tax audit or tech consulting. Are the analyst/associate/senior management consultant roles titled differently? FYI, I had trouble with this pre-covid. Thank you
Looking to get in to Cyber Security sales. What are some of the good companies to work for? I’ve come to realize that I am not super technical, but I do like to sell, and have great communication skills. Having worked for big 4 in cyber for 5 years has taught me a lot, and would like to take risk getting into sales, and hopefully make a good return. Please help. Thank you!
I told a former legal intern I could write two recommendation letters for them and realized this morning that I’d missed the deadlines for submission on different days earlier this week. A close neighbor died after a long illness this week and it hit me harder than expected as I’ve been trying to process all of the losses so many people have suffered over the past year and a half. Should I let the former intern know or reach out to the companies and try to submit the letters late first?
Any BCG 🐠 have thoughts on how BCG Federal compares to the rest of the firm in terms of type of work, comp, work/life balance, or any other pertinent factors?
