Recent grad (b.s.) who’s been applying to the defense/aero industry with no response. I’ve had better luck within the private sector, but my dream is to work in the defense/aerospace. Would love a referral in order to get the chance of an interview. Mainly have been applying to Raytheon and General Dynamics.

Planning on applying R1 to Kellogg, MIT, CBS, Stern, and Tepper. However, I just landed a new role that is very different from my current role but is more inline with my post-MBA goals; I’d be starting in a week.

Would it be unwise to still apply R1? And if you’ve been in a similar situation, how did you approach this in your application?

For example, MIT asks for an org chart. Should this be my previous firm or the company I’m starting at next week?

Been offered a Sr. leadership position making significantly more money at a different company. I’m relatively new to this field, so I’m not sure I should take the leap. Manager looking to leave Bain - I want to do corporate sustainability - I got an offer for a traditional corp strategy job at $195k base, $23k bonus (no longer-term incentives aka no equity / profit sharing), so similar to current comp except for NAP, but am hoping something sustainability-related comes through.
