I have got an offer from Mphasis for a data science position in Hyderabad, overall 6 YOE and 2 relevant YOE. 28LPA + 2 L joining bonus. This is the the best among my offers and project is very interesting.

Is this a fair offer for my profile ?
How is Mphasis to work for ?
