Does AFS give out bonuses?
Hi all,
Do firms match offers from other Big 4s for campus hires? I’ve received a campus offer from both KPMG and EY. I’m more interested in the EY offer, but they are paying 3k less than KPMG.
Would it be a bad move to let them know about the other offer and try negotiating? I feel it wont make a difference in the long run, but at the same time I don’t want to leave any money on the table if possible.
Thanks!

What is the salary of a senior VP at Vitruvian?
TCS- cleared all rounds. They asked to upload documents and there will be an HR round after that. But it has been two weeks since the document was uploaded. No update. No reply on asking the status over mail. Can anyone tell if it is normal? How much time does it take to verify documents and hr round and share an offer? The status in ibegin portal is the same- Evaluation in progress!!

It's one of the big 4 . kindly suggest. TIA
With the current switching (3/5 people switched in 2022 it seems) there are lots of un appropriate project assignments in all companies and seniors form respective company struggle to manage them. For example there are 1-4 experienced people who doesn't even know the basics of test design, test steps, negative scenario etc. Pathetic situation. Depends where you want to go from there ? Both EY and Accenture have enough market presence, so you can look at growth perspective, your unique positioning in the team, your leader etc. in the new firm you want to join. As long as you have skills and experience, anyone would hire you.
Makes sense! Thanks!
Accenture can be more beneficial with those many years of experience , being a larger player in tech consulting than EY. Plus onsite ,wlb is another factor that I can think of. EY will definitely have better yearly hikes. But , expectations will be more and wlb may take a hit.
