He is open to remote or hybrid positions, holds a B.S. in Supply Chain Mgmt. Has 5 years of supply chain industry experience. Are there any companies that we should be targeting? So guess what....I wanted to start my career in the field of ML and Data Science. Got enrolled in a PG certificate program for the same.

Fast forward - only 1 month for the program to get completed. They really taught well. Info in comment about it, if needed

My question is with my YOE being only 1.5 years as an application developer, will the program even benefit me? I do feel confident with my knowledge but anywhere I see , they ask like 3-5 YOE for a decent salary say 8lpa+.

Hi, are there any Construction Project Managers/Owner’s Representatives out there? I’ve been one for 1.5 years, after being a Structural Engineer for 10 yrs. I’m so grateful I made the pivot bc I had gotten completely miserable on the engineering side and now I love my job. I also made a significant salary jump to just over $100k when I made the switch. I got a handheld ultrasound at week 5 and the doctor saw the gestational sac but nothing else (which apparently is normal at 5 weeks) I have my first real ultrasound in 3 days and I’m so so so nervous. I recently had an interview with cognizant..HR DIScussed salary and role and told me that I will expect the offer letter in 2-3 days. But it's been 18 days, i did not hear anything from their end..Hr is not picking up my calls . 7 days ago she replied on my email that I will get my offer letter soon..after that no response.
Will they consider me? Is it sure I will get my offer letter?

My recruiter mentioned last week that I'm going to HC, then called me this week to say that I skipped HC as I did well so "we're moving to next steps". They then mentioned the TC range for my role/location and asked a few questions about my visa status, but there was no official "offer" with a concrete breakdown of numbers. So...did I get an offer or not?! 😅
