Hi All,
Persistent Systems is giving 10% variable on gross annual CTC. HR says you would receive minimum 70% of variable pay every month and remaining 30% will credited once a year at the end.
Does anyone has idea on this? Can I believe this and include 70% variable in my take home

On a positive side , by changing jobs ,you become more adaptable and also more tuned to what is the latest thing going in the market.
Other than money and role, the technology and architecture that a new company offers is very important .
You also bring in a fresh change and new thoughts to the company you would join which inturn helps the new company as well.
At times, you also need to switch to prove your worth or else companies keep you bound by bell curve philosophy and you get stuck in a bandwidth.
Having said all these things , i believe 2 years should be a good enough time to spend in a company before you switch
I changed 4 companies in last 1.5 years and moved from 10 to 32 lpa. First company I stayed for 10 years and and ctc was 10 lpa during exit
I mean nailed it
Depends on how is the job market 😀
Only the very frequent switchers are a trouble for HR to roll out the offer or even shortlist...
Well it does not matter if you are looking for one liner
