Not quite like that. You get $100 off your premium for doing an annual physical. Otherwise you can get rewards that you can exchange for gift cards for certain activities, including tracking exercise

Citi does have both HSA and FSA. The HSA is equivalent to the Chase MRA. If you have high deductible plan, Citi puts $1k into your HSA (Healthcare Spending Account) which you can also contribute to. You cannot have both HSA and FSA. HSA is only for high deductible participants. FSA for everyone else
