I am a part of wipro DOP (MDPS) as a senior associate since october 2020 and joined as a fresher back then. I am now being pushed to take up as a TL because of my performance and contribution to the project management. Got offer in IBM - Band 8 for SAP Technical manager role.

Offered pay is 28 lakhs fixed after all negotiations in PDM round.
It is 30% hike from my current salary.

Please let me know whether this salary is fair as per band 8 in IBM ? And how about the yearly hikes in IBM as hearing that there will not be no hikes in IBM.

My convo with the HR recruiter was that he would push for $130k plus a sign on bonus. Offer is coming back at $125k with no bonus. I got an offer at Infosys, but in offer letter they have mentioned to join the company in one and half month, but my notice period is 3 months, I have dropped an email to HR saying same and he agreed the 3 months notice period and will sent the revised salary in next month, can I assure that HR will send revised offer letter on next month??, In btw he told me to accept the offer letter for now and I did it.
