What base salary comp should an experienced audit hire at manager 1 level at a big 4 expect? Think VHCOL (Bay Area/LA/NYC Etc.)

As part of relocation,LTI is giving Rs. 4350 per person from base location (my previous company ofc location let’s say it location A) to ofc location (LTI Ofc let’s say it location B).
Since I’m in my hometown(let’s say it location C).
So can I book train from A to B & cancel it later and submit the booked bill to get it reimbursed as I have to anyway travel from C to B but LTI only reimburse if I travel from A to B?
Kind of fraud but is it allowed or bills are scrutinised and I may be at risk?

I will be joining @Infosys consulting within a month. The CTC offered to me has a superannuation component attached to it and it is significant. The recruiter however mentioned that it is possible to reduce the amount of superannuation component from retiral section and add it to the in-hand part. 🤦‍♀️My stepdaughter fried her gaming pc. We were moving and it sat in the cold and damp in the car for 4 days. We told her to let it warm up and dry out before plugging it in but she didn't wait. The ups was screaming as soon as she plugged it in, the she proceeded to turn it on. We know the power supply is gone, but what are the chances the graphics card is fried? We were able to get a replacement for the rest, but the graphics cards are hard to get according to the store.
