No. Accenture does though! Up to 10K
Switched after 3 years at D and got a 40K raise and new signing bonus! Same type of projects, work, travel, etc... only thing I miss is the discretionary food budget. Accenture gives you a lousy per diem so there’s much less going out and blowing a ton of $$$
PwC does as well, up to the $56k 401k overall limit (minus firm contributions). I do my pre-tax limit of $19k firs, and gradually increasing each year to the overall limit
Haha sorry Google, I read your comment more sinisterly 😅 as if you were telling ZS to ‘google for the answer’. My apologies 😊
So I am trying to understand Vanguard’s contribution limits page for Deloitte. Could anyone help decipher the red underlined text and the other limits section? Does this mean that we can make ‘after-tax contributions’?
Thanks, the other limits section makes more sense now.
However I think the underlined portion refers to the $19000 limit for traditional pre-tax + Roth (which is where the asterisk leads). So when they say ‘not traditional after tax contributions’ I am not sure if it means that after tax contributions have a separate limit (see second image) or if it means that after tax contributions are not allowed at all.

Deloitte allows for 6500. You fund a traditional IRA one day, when your transfer post, then you backdoor the full amount into Roth IRA. I have been doing this for the last 6 years with no issues
