Does earning a Scrum Master certificate warrant a salary increase negotiation?

Context: MCOL area Risk Manager with recently earned LUMA Practitioner (Design Thinking) and Celonis certification.

I’ve been asked to provide notice period and salary details post my final interview - shall I take this as a good sign?

I have an offer for a newly created collections strategy project manager at a mid sized credit union for $95k, 7-9% bonus, and 3 weeks PTO.

I did ask to go up to $100k, but was told my offer was already above the target range.

I like the company and my colleagues to be.

I have an offer from a company where my salary is 30% higher than my current place, and the benefits are great. I'm pretty happy with the overall package , only negative is my 4 weeks vacation will turn into 3. They've already said no to matching my 4 weeks.

Got an interview as a marine superintendent at the port of NY/NJ - their beginning salary isn’t as great as I thought it would be - 60K but they told me after 6 months of employment we get 12K bonuses divided over 12 months.
