I got verbal offer from oracle and bgv also initiated on Feb 23rd. On March 9th hr says position is waiting for approval at VP and BU level due to budget constraints. My notice period with current company ends on 31st March. What are the chances of getting offer letter? If so, what time frame can I expect?

Hi, I have recently saved some money and wanted to invest it to make something out of it instead of just letting it dry in my bank account.
