Two weeks ago I was pulled into a room and told by current employer that I was getting my $890.00 holiday pay out. Which would be taxed at 40 % because it was a gift. Today, never received it. Was told by the financial dept. that I had a warning therefore I wasn’t eligible. Called my boss. She called back said it was handled and I would indeed get it next week with my regular check. 30 minutes later…boss called back and says that HR did some digging and found that I’m not eligible. Who’s hiring?

I'm hoping to make some money and really get the word out there about my business during the holiday season. Is it a good idea to participate in farmers' markets/holiday markets if you have a small amount of inventory right now but want to get the word out? Or should I just focus on marketing and creating more (I sell seasoned salts, herbs, jams, and preserves + occasionally fresh bread or baked goods) until I'm ready for more orders?

Gave 3 rounds of interviews with Rubrik. No feedback got a call saying you got rejected thats it. Don't candidates deserve a chance to know their feedback you might think I am writing this out of spite but this happens in most of the companies In my case, I was 100% sure about how I performed in the interview because all the questions asked were one or the other way from one of many inteviews I attend. I was able to answer every question discussed and shared my thoughts while writing the code.
