Any possibility to transfer H1B approval from Infosys to new company? It is not yet stamped

Has this group received written or a verbal confirmation that your company will sponsor your pathway to green card? If so, how long after you started did they start the process? I understand the green card process can be lengthy.

I was in usa for about 4 years from 2014-2018 so still 2 years reaming my h1b. My last stamping expired in Jan 2018 is it possible to renew my h1b? I have b1 visa as well can I travel and then initiate transfer and start working on receipt will that be ok?

Can I begin H1b extension filing now if I have holidays planned in Dec and will be out of the country?

Can H1B approved under consular processing but yet to be activated be transferred to another employer and can the new employer apply for transfer and change of status?

how do you actually know your I-140 green card stage was approved other than just taking your employer’s word for it. They didn’t offer me a piece of paper confirming

Indian with i140 approved and have Canadian PR. My extension denied so my firm is sending me to their Canadian Practice. How much time I have to come back to US? How long I remain cap exempt ?PD 2016.
