How is the pega practice at Accenture?

I asked for revised compensation from infosys based on parallel offer letter and got below response:
Compensation is determined for various roles, based on the competency and the experience a candidate comes in with. We also look at ensuring parity amongst any other internal employee with similar competency.  Considering these facts, we will not be in position to change compensation.
Please advise how to negotiate further.

I'm lucky I landed C jobs at BCG and Bain in Doha. Please, I need your opinion on the below

1.BCG is T1 in the region while Bain doesn't seem so. Do you confirm? And the trend?

Need some perspective. Have to pick between MBB entry-level and mid-level at T2 (OW,S&,Kearney, 6-12m to post-MBA level) Over the first 2 years, I’d make ~210k at MBB, versus ~320k at T2. In other words going to MBB will cost me ~110k in a 2-year horizon. I’d be at post-MBA level after that for both options. Hi folks. I am paying for the EY health insurance policy covering me and my parents. I also have an individual health policy for me. However, the premium amount above 25k (the additional 50k eligible for senior citizens) is not being considered for tax deduction by the company. Shouldn't the total eligibility be 25k + 50k?

Any inputs about this would be quite helpful.

Hi folks. What is the ideal salary for someone with 10 years of experience in financial services who would be joining the consulting division at Manager level (not sure if it is 1,2,3)? Is there a concept of minimum assured variable pay at EY GDS?

Also, how is the work-life balance in this profile in general? Do people work late and during weekends regularly? I understand divisions have lot of pressure during certain times but not sure about consulting.

How are feedbacks from different quarterly cycles decide year end ratings?

Or is it simply that Counsellors and SM's sit and decide on ratings and hikes for the counselees??
