Hi Fishes, what should be the appropriate fixed comp for a Tax Senior - USI based out of Bangalore ? I have 3.5 YOE and have been in Tax Senior role since 1.5 years.

Staff 4 has been restructured to Senior 1. By that means shouldn’t I have been promoted from staff 4 to senior 2 as I joined at staff 4 in Feb 2020 and my promotion was due?
Even staff 3 peers around me got promoted to senior 1. How is it fair???
