I have been overwhelmed since I joined past 2 months. They are nice and supportive it’s just that the minute I complete one task they start pushing more and more to me with no breather in between. How would you account for promotional sensitivity of products when you apply weights to a drug portfolio? For example, a drug could be first-in-class and as a result doesn’t have to be promoted as much as another drug which has some competition. We have some weights from sales but how do you include weights for promotional sensitivity on top?
