Does EY withdraw I140 after termination? Mine was approved by EY almost 2 yrs. ago

they can't since it's over 18 months


I believe it's 180 days not 18 months. Either way they can't.


Op, after 6 months (180 days), EY cannot revoke 140 even if they wanted to. You can move jobs based on uimited H1b's from the EY 140 but obviously it's better to get a new perm done and your EY 140 PD ported to new firm (just in the small case that your PD becomes current by way of law change/EO)
